Melissa Suzanne George, an australian actress, businesswoman and model who also is an inventor as well as a model. Her career began in Australia, and later moved to Hollywood in which she enjoyed great popularity. George is a native of Perth located in the Western Australian state of Perth, began her career in dance and artistic roller-skating. She started modeling when she was at the teen years. The award was given to her as Western Australia's teenager Model Of The year in the year 1992. Her first screen appearance came that year with an episode of Seven Network's soap opera Home and Away. Her debut on the big screen was in Dark City, a mystery thriller. Her subsequent roles included supporting roles on projects like Alias The Limey or Down with Love. In 2005 she made her first mainstream Hollywood appearance on The Amityville Horror remake. Presently, she's one of the top Australian expatriates in the American media.
